Andy Bird, Managing Director

Andy began his working career in logistics and procurement, which took him to many parts of the world, including a secondment to Rio de Janeiro at the age of 19. After 3 years he came back to the UK to manage and implement Oracle business systems for a leading Offshore Engineering and Construction company. Following this he moved to Paris to work for an engineering, technologies and project management organisation that service the oil and gas industry. This brings Andy’s total experience of working in this industry to over 20 years.

In 2006, Andy founded Inoapps, having identified a gap in the market for Oracle application and technologies for the oil and gas industry. Since then Andy has grown and diversified the company into other industries and geographic locations. He is very proud that Inoapps now holds the position of Oracle’s "Accelerate Partner of the Year" for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Andy plays a key role in the day-to-day activities of the company and is personally involved at some point during every customer transaction.

Phil Wilson, VP Business Development and Alliances

Phil has over 20 years’ experience in both Business and IT functions arena, working at both end-client organisations and with implementers. He has worked in a variety of roles that have developed his skills in all aspects of managing people, customers and projects.

Phil is an experienced member of the team and has gained a vast amount of knowledge from implementing various packages covering manufacturing, logistics, financials and data warehousing. He is responsible for the project management and delivery of a large number of these implementations.

Initially working in a Large Global Engineering company he developed his skill in taking the Business Systems and applying them effectively to support Business Processes to drive adoption and efficiency. He has continued this throughout his career and is heavily involved in the development of Leading Edge Implementation Tools that drive successful. Low Risk, Low Cost and Rapid implementations.

Dermot Murray, Technology Division Manager 

Dermot has spent the best part of 20 years delivering solutions using Oracle technology.  From an initial role as an Oracle Forms developer, he has worked across a wide range of technology roles including analyst, consultant and project manager. 

He is now responsible for the Inoapps Technology division, which consists of a team of technology specialists that deliver innovative solutions to Inoapps customers. Using the Oracle database and middleware tools, Dermot’s team has worked on a variety of projects including Fusion Middleware and E-Business Suite integration.

Bill Palmer, Head of Professional Services

Bill is a specialist in the provision of professional services with a strong background in the manufacturing, high tech and utilities industries and over 25 years of experience both as a customer and service provider. He has successfully managed long-term relationships with some of the largest and most demanding organisations in Europe, earning a reputation for delivering value-added customer centric solutions.

Prior to joining Inoapps, Bill’s roles included Associate Director at LogicaCMG, combining general management, strategy, sales and delivery, as well as Senior Client Director roles at Oracle Corporation. Bill maintains good relations with industry and regulatory bodies and has chaired a number of conferences and events in the utilities market space.

In his spare time he is a keen photographer, author and charity fundraiser.

Iain Campbell - Sales and Marketing Director

Iain has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry. After graduating from university Iain began his Sales and Marketing career as a graduate sales trainee with Burroughs. Iain held various senior management roles at Oracle for 14 years, culminating in having overall control of the UK Public Sector business. His most recent corporate role before joining Inoapps was to head up Dell’s UK Public Services business. Iain also sat on the UK boards for both Oracle and Dell.
