Six thousand English and Irish fans turned out to see Rugby Legends from both nations put on a great spectacle last Friday night at the Harlequins Stoop, on the eve of the England v Ireland international.Martin Corry and Shane Byrne captained their squads of retired players in an exciting match which saw England as the victors. The final score 50 - 26, didn't accurately reflect the tight game, with England securing victory in the last ten minutes with three late scores against tired Irish Legs. Earlier in the match Ireland had defended well containing slicing runs from England's Jason Robinson. Other outstanding performances came from Martin Corry (Man of the Match), Austin Healey, Ben Gollings and Simon and Steve Keogh. |

This is the fourth successive year that the England v Ireland Legends game has been played, raising funds for the RPA Benevolent Fund, the RFU Injured Player's Foundation and the IRFU Charitable Trust and this year the game was more poignant than ever with one of the England team, Alex Bennett, absent from the game following a serious neck injury three weeks ago. Both teams would like to sincerely thank their sponsors Validus Re, Inoapps, Powerday and Greene King, and all their supporters who turn out to watch rain or shine - put simply the game wouldn't be possible without them. Martin Corry and Shane Byrne saluted the personal commitment of the players to supporting this event and have pledged their leadership for the future so that it becomes a regular fixture in the Rugby calendar.

Inoapps’ Gary Ayling gets set to travel across India for charity– Show your support here!
Inoapps employee’s willingness to think outside the box extends beyond the realm of Oracle eBusiness Suite as demonstrated by Functional Consultant Gary Ayling as he prepares to take part in a 3500km race across India in a Rickshaw (Tuk-Tuk) on the 7th April. Gary, with the support of Inoapps, is raising money for Parkinson’s UK and the Franks Water Project. The 2 week race from Cochin to Shillong has no set route and could take the intrepid travellers over the Himalayas or through the Rajasthan desert in what can only be describe as the most unsuitable vehicle for all terrain…
“I’m used to a challenge, but this will be something else… Hopefully we can raise enough money to make all the bumps, bruises and Delhi-belly worthwhile” said Gary Ayling
The team must raise a minimum of £500 for each Charity to compete, but all the money goes towards a great cause so please show your support.
