Cairn Energy PLC - Inoapps implemented a solution based on Oracle E-Business Suite, using the Finance, Projects, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), HR, Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This solution was delivered within a fully hosted and supported environment, which meant that Cairn Energy did not need to deploy any additional technology infrastructue - it was entirely managed by inoapps. This was vital, because the solution had to be accessilbe from the Indian sub-continent via a simple internet connection. The key deliverable from this on-time on budget implementation and roll out was a single business system holding all relevant data for the business regardless of location or project. This provided timely and accurate management reporting which created a platform for further expansion of the business. Furthermore, it bacame easier to control costs - our staff are now able to access the key business systems regardless of the location.
