inOApps Limited Aquires Indigo Tide
Acquisition extends market presence and Oracle skill base Wednesday 11th June 2008
Oracle E-Business Suite specialist, inOApps Limited, has today announced the acquisition of Oracle Technology specialist Indigo Tide limited. Under the agreement inOApps limited will acquire 100% of Indigo Tide’s business, staff and customer base. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Indigo Tide, based in Edinburgh, is a strategic addition to the inOApps business enhancing the levels and completeness of service provided to customers. “From its outset in 2006 inOApps’ ethos is one of becoming a leading player in the provision of business solutions for the public and private sectors” states Andy Bird, Managing Director of inOApps.
inOApps will build upon Indigo Tides reputation of providing technical development and training services to an enviable list of household name customers within the central belt of Scotland and beyond. There is an obvious synergy between the two companies which will enhance our joint ability to penetrate new markets and sectors. The Indigo Tide team of ten consultants will increase headcount of inOApps to 40 with plans to increase further with an office in London before the end of the year.

InOApps and Indigo Tide had already established a business relationship over the last few months where their combined offering enabled bids for larger and more complex solutions than individually.
Both inOApps and Indigo Tide are certified Oracle partners and are now major players and key representatives of the Oracle brand in Scotland and the north of England.
