At Inoapps we value our customer's opinion - they are, after all, the most important people in any training engagement. We like to think that our customers are also our best asset - happy customers tell other people about our services, and that leads to more enquiries that allows us to grow our business.
A recent review of our training courses showed that over 80% of our courses came about through referrals from other customers. At the end of every course, all delegates are asked to complete a feedback form, which we use as a key driver for our continuous training improvement program.
